Terms of Service

1. About 1APPONLY

1APPONLY is a technology platform that connects Users with independent third-party service providers — restaurants, grocery / kirana stores, home-service professionals, delivery partners, and ride drivers (Bike, Auto, Car). Food, grocery and home services currently operate hyperlocally in 5 cities of Andhra Pradesh — Repalle, Bapatla, Tenali, Guntur and Vijayawada — while rides are expanding Pan-India, including outstation trips. 1APPONLY itself does not prepare food, own vehicles, or provide the underlying services; it is a marketplace facilitator.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract in India.
• One phone number = one account. You are responsible for keeping your OTP and device secure.
• You agree to provide accurate name, phone, address and payment information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or misuse of the platform.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Menu, catalogue, prices and availability are set by the vendor and may change without notice.
• Delivery fee, packaging charge, applicable GST and platform fee are shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
• An order is confirmed only after (a) successful payment and (b) acceptance by the vendor.
• If a vendor does not accept your food order within 5 minutes, the order is auto-cancelled and a full refund is issued.
• Serviceability is based on pincode and a 10 km radius from the vendor / rider.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
• You authorise 1APPONLY and Razorpay to charge the payment instrument you select at checkout.
• In rare cases of double-charge / failed order, refunds are auto-initiated to the source instrument within 5–7 working days.

5. Coins (Wallet)

• Coins are a non-transferable loyalty balance earned on completed orders and referrals.
• 100 Coins can be redeemed against ₹25 of order value (1 Coin = ₹0.25), subject to per-order caps shown at checkout.
• Coins have no monetary redemption value outside the platform and cannot be encashed.
• Coins earned from a cancelled or refunded order will be reversed.
• Coins may expire 12 months after issue if unused.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel an order at any time. The refund tier depends on how quickly you act:

• Within 45 seconds of placing → 100% refund (full amount + all coins reversed).
• Within 2 minutes → 50% refund (the other half covers vendor prep effort).
• After 2 minutes → No refund if the vendor has already accepted or started preparing.
• If 1APPONLY or the vendor cancels (out-of-stock, closed, no rider found) → 100% refund.
• Perishable food that is delivered cannot be returned. If items are missing, damaged or of poor quality, raise a complaint from the order screen within 60 minutes.

7. Delivery

• Estimated delivery time (ETA) is indicative and depends on prep time, distance, traffic and weather.
• The rider will attempt delivery to the address you entered. If you are unreachable for 5 minutes at the doorstep, the order may be marked delivered.
• Contactless delivery is available on request in the order instructions field.

8. Rides

• Ride fares include base fare + distance + waiting time as displayed on the fare-estimate screen.
• Toll, parking and surge (if any) are separately shown before you confirm.
• Cancellation charges may apply if the driver has already started moving toward you.

9. Emergency Services

1APPONLY surfaces ambulance / medicine / mechanic providers in your area. 1APPONLY is not a medical or emergency-response provider. For life-threatening emergencies, always dial 112. Response time and availability depend on third parties and are not guaranteed by 1APPONLY.

10. User Conduct

• No abusive language, harassment or threats towards vendors, riders or support staff.
• No fraudulent chargebacks, fake claims or manipulation of promotions and referral codes.
• No use of the platform for anything illegal, misleading, or that violates Indian law.
• Repeat violators may be banned without refund of pending coins.

11. Vendors, Riders & Merchants

Vendors and delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees of 1APPONLY. They set the food quality, packaging and merchandise. 1APPONLY makes no warranty about quality, freshness or fitness-for-purpose of items sold on the platform, but we will fairly investigate every valid complaint you raise.

12. Ratings & Reviews

You can rate an order 1–5 stars after delivery. Ratings and feedback may be shown publicly (without your personal identity) to help other users. Please keep reviews truthful and lawful.

13. Intellectual Property

The 1APPONLY brand, logo, app design and content are the exclusive property of 1APPONLY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, adapt, decompile or redistribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, 1APPONLY's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. 1APPONLY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

15. Force Majeure

1APPONLY is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, riots, curfews, government orders, internet outages, or pandemic-related restrictions.

16. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts on reasonable notice for breach of these Terms or unlawful use.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

18. Grievance Redressal

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 working days. Please write to the Grievance Officer using the contact details below.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use of 1APPONLY after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
